Her community involvement includes serving as an officer for the local Association of Realtors, a 13-year tenure as a commissioner for the Bullhead City Planning and Zoning Commission, and participation in various committees and boards such as the Housing Needs & Assistance committee, the Board of Trustees for Valley View Medical Center, and local chapters of Habitat for Humanity and the Boys and Girls Club of the Colorado River.

I have always had passion for service in my community. I owned and operated a successful collision repair business for over 20 years, In Orange County, Cailifornia. I sold the collision repair business and obtained a position as office manager of a large Corporate Collision repair company. While working full time, I went to school to pursuit my life’s dream to become a licensed real estate agent. I obtained my realtor’s license in California. My first position as assistant to a new home sales consultant for top home builders, Lennar and KB Homes. While obtaining this experience, I pursued other opportunities to work for a brokerage firm. This led me to Arizona, where I received my Arizona real estate license. I moved to Bullhead City to work for Southwest Real Estate Sales and Marketing. as a proud member of this brokerage family I am honored to work for Ann Pettit. she carries the values of hard work, experience, integrity, and outstanding client service Into everything she does. Ann has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, experience, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients' needs first.
